Getting closer to 'Victory Day' (victory for who is what this Ghost wants to know!) and in front of hundreds of witnesses three more dimensional intruders arrive at Vanguard tower and threaten the crowd. What does the Vanguard do about it? Nothing of course. And why? Because it is all part of the invasion plan.
